According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating disinfection mat comprises a first rubber plate on a floor, a heating part formed on upper side of the first rubber plate which is heated by the electricity, a second rubber plate formed on upper side of the heating part which has thermal conductivity properties and discharges a disinfectant through discharging parts formed on the upper side if an external force is applied receiving the disinfectant, a mohair plate formed on the upper side of the second rubber plate.
