A pharmaceutical combination comprising: a) the compound (2-hydroxyethoxy) -amide of 6- (4-bromo-2-fluorophenylamino) -7-fluoro-3-methyl-3H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (COMPOUND A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and b) ANTIBODY A, where ANTIBODY A is an antibody that specifically binds to the insulin-like growth factor receptor 1 (IGF1R), in which the antibody comprises the heavy and light chain amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively.Una combinación farmacéutica que comprende: a) el compuesto (2-hidroxietioxi)-amida del ácido 6-(4-bromo-2-fluorofenilamino)-7-fluoro-3-metil-3H-benzoimidazol- 5-carboxílico (COMPUESTO A) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo； y b) el ANTICUERPO A, en el que el ANTICUERPO A es un anticuerpo que se une de manera específica al receptor del factor de crecimiento de tipo insulina 1 (IGF1R), en el que el anticuerpo comprende las secuencias de aminoácidos de cadena pesada y ligera expuestas en la SEQ ID NO:1 y la SEQ ID NO:2, respectivamente.
