A method and system for arrhythmia analysis. The method comprises: acquiring an abnormality characteristic waveform parameter in an electrocardiograph signal sample of a testee (S11)； utilizing, on the basis of the abnormality characteristic waveform parameter, a support vector machine algorithm to calculate and output an arrhythmia analysis result (S12)； determining whether or not a correction parameter for the arrhythmia analysis result is received (S13), and if yes, then modifying the support vector machine algorithm on the basis of the correction parameter and of the abnormality characteristic waveform parameter and outputting the corrected result (S14). The method allows for "self-learning" from the electrocardiograph signal sample, reduces the rate of false positives and the rate of false negatives of arrhythmia analysis.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système d'analyse d'arythmies.
