CONSTITUTION: A mat for pets comprises a cushion member(110) which keeps the mat for pet warm by accepting a heating element in an accommodation space； and a heating element(120) which is separately accommodated in the accommodation space and keeps the cushion member on which the pets inhabit warm by generating heat when electricity is offered. The cushion member is vertically opened based on a connection part by integrating upper and lower covers through the connection part.
