The first embodiment of the thermal bean coagulator comprises a manipulator with handle, which is connected to the service unit by its one end via flexible hose for working gas feeding. The manipulator is equipped with junction heating the working gas placed in the ceramic tube, representing heating nickel-chromium wire wound as spiral to the ceramic capillary ceramic tube encased in metal protective tube. The end of the latter is rigidly mounted inside the first, moving, part of mountable on threaded joints choke on the second, fixed, part of which the metal protective tube is tightly put with external thread of the arm choke made with radial apertures and the end of immovable part of the union is hermetically connected with plastic tube which passes through the tubular body and handle and rigidly fixed in coagulator length restrictor, to which flexible hose for working gas is attached. The body is formed by telescopic elements, of which the outer element is rigidly mounted in the handle. In the second embodiment of the thermal beam coagulator the end of fixed part union is hermetically connected with a flexible tube, colied with wire. The tube inside the coagulator body is connected with the plastic pipe via connection socket that passes through the handle and rigidly fixed in coagulator length restrictor. The socket fixed part is connected to the wire choke installed on fixed on its outer surface eye ring with the possibility of rotation. Its end is guided out through the coagulator handle and restrictor and ends with the holder-adapter. In surgical operations using thermal beam coagulator the coagulation and dissection of biological tissues is performed by laminar jet of carbon dioxide and in the process of laparoscopic procedures it is collected from patient’s abdominal cavity and supplied to coagulator, and the latter returns the gas back into the abdominal cavity during thermal beam treatment of wounds.До складу першого варіанта термоструменевого коагул
