FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of feed yeast production from vegetable raw materials includes the hydrolysis of raw materials with the addition of waste from the production of yeast - an active sludge. The active sludge is purified from mud, nutrient salts are added, cooled and clarified. The hydrolyzate is then fermented with a yeast culture. The resulting yeast suspension is separated with yeast separation, which is dewatered and dried. The resulting fermentable wort is passed through a bio-oxidant separating the active sludge, which is used in the hydrolysis of the primary vegetable raw material. The peat with a degree of decomposition of 15-20% is used as the vegetable raw material. The hydrolysis of the vegetable raw material is carried out in the extruder in two stages: in the heating zone at a temperature of 100°C, and then in the hydrolysis zone with the addition of production waste - the active sludge at a temperature of 210°C and a pressure of 2.5 MPa. The mixture obtained as a result of hydrolysis is sent to squeeze.
