PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel leg anchor having a hood part with a slope end part enabled to have a weight saving and to keep a sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A reel leg anchor comprises an opening 15c, into which a reel leg 71 of a fishing reel is inserted, and a cylindrical hood part 15A molded of a fiber-reinforced resin material.
