A bone nail apparatus comprises an intra medulla nail, a light assembly and a focusing assembly. The intra medulla nail has a wall and at least one hole. The wall surrounds to form a containing space. The at least one hole passes through the wall and connects to the containing space. The light assembly has a light emitter and at least one light transmitting tube. The at least one light transmitting tube connects with the light emitter for receiving a light. The at least one light transmitting tube disposes on the containing space of the intra medulla nail. The at least one light transmitting tube has a light output end faced to the at least one hole. The focusing assembly has an accepting surface. The accepting surface disposes out of the intra medulla nail and faces to the at least one hole.
