PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device that has improved thermal conductivity inside a winding.SOLUTION: A superconducting magnet device includes a first layer formed by superconducting wires 30 wound in a solenoid shape, a second layer formed by the superconducting wires 30 wound in a solenoid shape on the same axis as the first layer and on the outer diameter side, and a first heat transfer member 45 having liquid-permeating property disposed between the first layer and the second layer.
