The preventive device for fixation of the feet in the children for the treatment of clubfoot contains a pair of shoes with the plates on their soles, the spacer mechanism designed as a tube with oppositely directed internal thread and the threaded tie-rods with the plate-shaped tips containing the openings, and two units diverting the feet into the calculated positions designed as the coupled support and bearing brackets capable of rotating one against another. The cylindrical brackets contain the axial through openings with the thread in the support brackets. The threaded rods built into the soles of the shoes are connected with the support bracket. The free end of the rod is passed with a gap through the opening of the bearing bracket and the opening of the corresponding tip of the threaded tie-rod. The adjacent end-faces of the brackets contain the triangular radial riffles of the similar size.
