A device for calibrating and testing echotomographic equipment comprises an electric motor, a pair screw - female screw, wherein the screw is connected to an outlet shaft of the motor and the female screw is mobile with respect to a supporting plane, so as to transform a rotary motion of the motor shaft into a linear motion, a piston connected to the female screw and linearly mobile, coherently to the female screw, a membrane stressed by the piston, means apt to allow propagating ultrasound waves towards/from said membrane.La présente invention concerne un dispositif détalonnage et de test dun équipement échotomographique, qui comprend un moteur électrique, une paire vis - vis femelle, la vis étant connectée à un arbre de sortie du moteur et la vis femelle étant mobile relativement à un plan de support, de manière à transformer un mouvement rotatif de larbre de moteur en un mouvement linéaire, un piston connecté à la vis femelle et amovible linéairement, en cohérence avec la vis femelle, une membrane sollicitée par le piston, et un moyen adapté à propager les ondes ultrasonores en direction de/depuis ladite membrane.
