The leg massage machine (1) of the present invention includes: the paired left and right massage members (5, 5) disposed so as to sandwich a treatment region； the pressing member (6) disposed between the paired left and right massage members (5, 5)； a first driving mechanism (7) that mutually approximates/separates the paired left and right massage members (5, 5)； and a second driving mechanism (8) that actuates the pressing member (6) so as to press the pressing member (6) against the treatment region, and is configured to be switchable between a synchronous state, which is a state where the first driving mechanism (7) and the second driving mechanism (8) are synchronously actuated, and a non-synchronous state, which is a state where the first driving mechanism (7) is stopped and the second driving mechanism (8) is actuated.
