The present invention relates to a hand-operated bidet to prevent or treat a disease of a vagina or an anus which is simply mounted on a toilet bowl body or a seat, and is easily gripped when using a bidet to be simply used in treating or cleaning by one or more lamps and a reverse flow spray nozzle. According to the present invention, the hand-operated bidet to prevent or treat a disease of a vagina or an anus comprises: a seat member consisting of a body of a seat shape to be mounted on an upper portion of a toilet bowl body or a seat, and forming a seat fixing unit and a first flow passage to inject or discharge an external fluid or air a flexible connection tube which forms a second flow passage, and is airtightly connected between a fluid outlet of the seat member and a fluid inlet of a hand-operated bidet to transfer a fluid or air discharged from the fluid outlet to the fluid inlet of the hand-operated bidet through the second flow passage and the hand-operated bidet forming a third flow passage, wherein the flexible connection tube and a spray nozzle are connected thereto through the fluid inlet and a fluid discharge port to transfer a fluid or air passing through the flexible connection tube to the spray nozzle connected to an end of the third flow passage to spray the fluid or the air to the outside through the spray nozzle.
