The present invention relates to a high-strength bone alternative synthetic bone for increasing compressive strength and supplementing a blood circulation and to a manufacturing method thereof. The provided high-strength bone alternative synthetic bone performs a wet treatment after making calcium sulfafe hemihydrate (CSH) and NaCI permeate the pores of a porous inorganic material such as a &beta；-tricalcium phosphate (&beta；-TCP) in a particle state, thereby forming a water containing crystal with calcium sulfafe dehydrate (CSD) through combining the CSH that permeates the pores with moisture, thus preventing the separation of a filler by a physical force.본 발명은 압축강도 증가 및 혈액 순환 보완을 위한 고강도 골 대체용 합성 골 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, β-TCP(β-tricalcium phosphate) 등과 같은 다공성 무기재료의 기공에 CSH(Calcium sulfafe hemihydrate)와 NaCl을 입자 상태에서 침투시킨 후 습식처리를 함으로써, 기공 내 침투한 CSH가 수분과 결합하여 CSD(Calcium sulfafe dihydrate)로 함수물 결정체를 만들어 기공 내에서 부피 팽창을 일으켜 물리적 힘에 의한 충진재 이탈을 방지한 고강도 골 대체용 합성 골을 제공한다.
