The present invention relates to an aqueous nail polish composition which does not contain an alkylphenol ethoxylate which induces an environmental hormone and is harmless to the human body. The aqueous nail polish composition comprises 6 to 11 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 3 to 15 parts by weight of a film- 4 to 10 parts by weight, 0.3 to 5 parts by weight of wax and 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of an additive. The aqueous manicure composed of the composition as described above does not use an organic solvent, particularly an alkylphenol ethoxylate-based emulsifier, so that it does not cause problems such as environmental hormones, and is harmless to the human body and there is no danger of fire or explosion in transportation or storage safe. Further, the composition can be easily produced by a base coat, a color coat, a top coat or the like by adjusting the blending ratio of the composition, and the productivity can be improved.환경 호르몬을 유발하는 알킬페놀에톡시레이트를 포함하지 않아 인체에 무해한 수성 매니큐어 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 수성 아크릴계 공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 6~11 중량부, 도막 조성제 3~15 중량부, 부착 증진제 4~10 중량부, 왁스 0.3~5 중량부 및 첨가제 0.01~3 중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같은 조성물로 구성된 수성 매니큐어는 유기용제, 특히 알킬페놀에톡시레이트계의 유화제를 사용하지 않아 환경 호르몬 등의 문제가 없어 인체에 무해할 뿐만 아니라 운송이나 보관상에서 있을 화재나 폭발의 위험이 없어 안전하다. 또한, 조성물의 배합 비율의 조절로 베이스 코트, 컬러 코트, 탑 코트 등으로 쉽게 제조할 수 있어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
