PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of a light source device for an electronic endoscope capable of improving the accuracy of a positioning of a heat sink in the light source device and retaining the installation position of the heat sink, even if applying vibrations and an impact to a light source case or the light source device.
SOLUTION: This heat radiation structure is provided with the heat sink disposed to come in contact with the light source in the light source cover for storing the light source, and heat-radiating elastic members fixed on at least two inner faces of the light source cover and the heat sink is supported to the heat-radiating elastic members in contact therewith.
