PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-bag structure for medical treatment capable of preventing an opening end of each air bag body from being widely opened regardless of the inflation/deflation of the air bag when attached to a treatment position of a medical treatment machine, capable of preventing an air bag unit itself from being enlarged, having attaching pieces which is hardly impaired, and excellent in the durability.SOLUTION: The air bag body 1 is inflated/deflated by feeding or discharging air. The air bag body 1 has an uninflatable peripheral edge part 1a connected to the outer surface of the air bag body 1, and an attaching piece 4 to be attached to a medical treatment machine body is connected to the uninflatable peripheral edge part 1a. The attaching piece 4 has a recess 5 recessed in the thickness direction at least by approximately a half of the thickness in the direction of inflation/deflation of the air bag body 1.
