PURPOSE: A switching device for opening and closing a thermal cover of a plastic green house is provided to prevent withering of plants by cold air or hot air which can be generated by insufficient opening or closing of the thermal cover.CONSTITUTION: A switching gear is rotated by the operation of a motor. A vertical motion gear (2) rotates being geared by the switching gear. A conveying axis (3) is installed in a solid bottom with the vertical motion gear and has the thread of a screw formed on an outer circumference surface. A switching means (4) operates the button of switches moving along with the conveying axis by the rotation of the conveying axis. A couple of closing switches makes a thermal cover to be closed clamping down power supplied to the motor as buttons (S2,S3) are pressed by the switching means. A couple of opening switches (5,7) makes the thermal cover to be open clamping down power supplie to the motor as buttons (S1,S4) are pressed by the switching means.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 보온덮개에 설치된 개폐용 로프를 권취하는 모터의 구동을 보다 효율적으로 제어함으로써 보온덮개가 충분히 덮이거나 개방되게 할 수 있는 비닐하우스 보온 덮개 개폐용 스위칭 장치에 관한 것으로서, 구조가 단순하여 제작이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 고장 발생율이 낮아질 수 있고 조작이 용이한 비닐하우스 보온 덮개 개폐용 스위칭 장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명에 의한 비닐하우스의 보온덮개 개폐용 스위칭장치는 보온덮개의 일측에 설치된 개폐파이프에 개폐용로프를 설치하고, 상기 로프들이 권취되는 풀리가 설치된 구동파이프를 회전시키는 모터의 구동을 제어하는 스위칭 장치에 있어서, 상기 모터의 구동에 의해 회전하는 스위칭기어와 상기 스위칭기어에 치합되어 회전하는 종동기어와 : 상기 종동기어에 일체로 설치되고 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 이송축과 상기 구동축에 설치되어 구동축의 회전에 의해 구동축을 따라 이동하여 하기 스위치들의 버튼을 작동시키는 스위칭수단과 상기 스위칭수단에 의해 버튼이 눌려져 상기 모터에 공급되는 전원을 단속하여 보온덮개가 닫히게 하는 한 쌍의 닫힘스위치와 상기 스위칭수단에 의해 버튼이 눌려져 상기 모터에 공급되는 전원을 단속하여 보온덮개가 열리게 하는 한 쌍의 열림스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
