Said antibacterial cleaning composition contains components (a), (b), and (c), with components (a) and (b) together constituting 0.1% to 30% of the entire composition by mass, the ratio of the mass of component (a) to the mass of component (b) being between 1:2 and 4:1, inclusive, and component (c) constituting 60% to 99.5% of the entire composition by mass.
