PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinous process implant that has a simple structure and shape, facilitates mounting work, and can install a spacer between spinous processes.SOLUTION: A spinous process implant includes a first plate 10 and a second plate 20 abutted by two spinous processes adjacent in the vertical direction, three sets of bolts 31A to 31C and nuts 32A to 32C, and one substantially cylindrical washer 40. Each plate 10, 20 has first through holes 11, 21 corresponding to front one spinous process and making the bolt 31A fitted to a hole formed in the spinous process penetrate therethrough, second through holes 12, 22 corresponding to the other spinous process and making the bolt 31B fitted to the hole formed in the other spinous process penetrate therethrough, and third through holes 13, 23 corresponding to a portion between two spinous processes. The third through hole is provided at a position spaced apart from a straight line connecting between a center of the first through hole and a center of the second through hole.
