Conditioning shampoo composition comprising: i) a cleansing phase, ii) a conditioning gel network comprising a fatty material an anionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant wherein the conditioning gel network has no overall charge or is anionic iii) an oil and iv) a hydrophobically modified cationic deposition polymer in which cationic deposition polymer and the anionic surfactant of the gel network contain alkyl groups with within 4 carbons of each other.Linvention porte sur une composition de shampooing traitant comprenant : i) une phase de nettoyage, ii) un réseau de gel de traitement comprenant une matière grasse, un tensioactif anionique et un tensioactif cationique, le réseau de gel traitant nayant pas de charge globale ou étant anionique iii) une huile et iv) un polymère de dépôt cationique modifié de façon hydrophobe le polymère de dépôt cationique et le tensioactif anionique du réseau de gel contenant des groupes alkyles ayant un nombre datomes de carbone dont la différence est inférieure à 4 atomes de carbone.
