Prostredek jako inhibitor PDE obsahuje roflumilast, jeho farmakologicky prijatelnou sul nebo jeho N-oxid a jako agonistu .beta..sub.2.n.-adrenoceptoru obsahuje salmeterol nebo jeho farmakologicky prijatelnou sul.In the present invention, there is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition, which is to be administered orally and which is intended for treating respiratory tract disorders wherein said pharmaceutical composition contains PDE inhibitor being selected from the group consisting of PDE4 inhibitors along with {beta}i2-adrenoceptor agonist in fixed or free combination. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention as PDE inhibitor comprises roflumilast or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof and said {beta}i2-adrenoceptor agonist is salmeterol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
