The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing gold nanoparticles surface-treated a Phyllostachyos Caulis in Taeniam extract as an active ingredient. The gold nanoparticles surface-treated with the Phyllostachyos Caulis in Taeniam extract do not exhibit cytotoxicity and increase scavenging activities for α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radicals in a concentration-dependent manner, and also have antioxidative effects by increasing expression of hemoxigenin-1. Therefore, the composition containing the gold nanoparticles surface-treated with the Phyllostachyos Caulis in Taeniam extract having the effects described above as the active ingredient can be applied as cosmetic compositions for antioxidation.본 발명은 죽여 추출물로 표면 처리된 금 나노입자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 죽여 추출물로 표면 처리된 금 나노입자는 세포 독성을 나타내지 않으며, 농도 의존적으로 DPPH 라디칼 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성을 증가시키고 헴 옥시게나제-1의 발현을 증가시켜 항산화 효과를 가질 수 있다.따라서, 상기와 같은 효과를 갖는 죽여 추출물로 표면 처리된 금 나노입자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 본 발명의 조성물은 항산화용 화장료 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
