The fleam may include: a hollow housing a button member installed in the housing a needle member momentarily protruding to the outside of the housing from a standby position when the button member is pressed, and then returning to the standby position in the housing and a UV LED installed in the housing and irradiating UV light onto the needle member at the standby position.
