PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fastening an implant on a bone tissue of human and animal and a corresponding implant system.SOLUTION: An implant designed as a substitution on joint surface of human or animal joint is fastened on a bone tissue with a plurality of fasteners 3. The implant 2 comprises a bone side part contacting to the bone tissue and a plurality of fastening structures limited in the bone side part. The fasteners comprise distal side and proximal side. The distal side is so constructed to be fastened in the bone tissue. The proximal side is so constructed to be connected with one of the fastening structures of the implant. The distal side of the fastener is fastened in a bone tissue of a bone appropriately prepared. Then the implant is attached to the fastened fastener by connecting the fastening structure with the proximal side of the fastener. The implant is pressed on the proximal side of the fastened fastener. The connection between the fastening structure and the proximal side of the fastener is a certain engaging connection, material interposed connection and/or pressured connection.【課題】インプラントをヒトまたは動物の骨組織に締結する方法および対応するインプラントシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ヒトまたは動物関節の関節面の置換物として設計されたインプラントは、複数の締結具３を用いて骨組織に固定される。インプラント２は、骨組織と接触する骨側部分を含み、この骨側部分に限定された複数の締結構造を備える。締結具は、遠位側と近位側とを含み、遠位側は、骨組織中に固定されるように構成されており、近位側は、インプラントの締結構造のうち１つと接続されるように構成されている。締結具の遠位側は、適宜準備された骨の骨組織中に固定され、次にインプラントは、締結構造を締結具の近位側と接続することにより、固定された締結具に取付けられ、インプラントは、固定された締結具の近位側に押付けられる。締結構造と締結具の近位側との間の接続は、確実な嵌合接続、材料間接続、および／または圧入接続である。【選択図】図１Ａ
