Acetabular implantation system, comprising: - an acetabulum； - a cup-shaped element made with the possibility of its installation inside the acetabulum； and - at least one fastener connected to the cup-shaped element, and at least one fastener has a first portion configured to attach to a patient’s bone to provide attachment to said bone. The system according to claim 1, in which the fastening element is a flange mounted with the possibility of adjusting its position relative to the bowl-shaped element and having a first end with a connecting section attached to the patient’s bone. The system according to claim 1, in which the cup-shaped element has a distal tapering end attached to the connecting surface inside the acetabulum. The system of claim 3, wherein said connecting surface inside the acetabular sheath is configured to receive a liner. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, containing a liner placed inside the cup-shaped element. 6. The system according to claim 5, in which the cup-shaped element is made in the form of a whole bowl in such a way that said insert completely rests on the inner surface of the cup-shaped element. The system according to claim 5, in which the cup-shaped element is made in the form of a rim. A system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, 6, and 7, wherein said at least one fastener is a flange, hook, or plate. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, 6 and 7, wherein said at least one fastener is attached to the cup-shaped element with the possibility of removing the specified fastener from the cup-shaped element.
