Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft C-Ring-substituierte Pregn-4-en-21,17-carbolactone der allgemeinen Formel I worin R6,7 ein α- oder β-ständiges Methylen und R9 ein Wasserstoffatom und R11 ein Brom-. Chlor- oder Fluoratom oder R9 und R11 gemeinsam eine Bindung bedeuten.
