PURPOSE: An ozone and free radical formation device and a microbe removal system are provided to increase a storage quality of product by sterilizing and purifying the air in a fixed space with ozone and free radical which have strong sterilizing power and oxidizing power. CONSTITUTION: A body (32) is formed with an insulating material and has a flat plate shape. A first coating unit (34) is coated with a mixture of a metal material and a photo catalyst substance in one side of the body. A second coating unit (36) is coated with the metal material and the photo catalyst substance in the other side of body. The metal material is titanium. The photo catalyst substance is a mixture of one or more than two of platinum, silver, and a titanium dioxide. A dehumidifying filtering device is dehumidified the moisture which is generated in the ozone and free radical formation device (30).본 발명은 오존 및 프리라디칼 생성장치 및 이를 이용한 미생물 제거 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생산 시설이나 저장 시설과 같은 일정 공간 내의 공기를 살균력과 산화력이 강한 오존과 프리라디칼을 이용하여 정화, 살균하여 생산물의 저장성을 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 일정 공간 내의 공기에 살균력을 부여하여 살균 사각지역이 없도록 하는 오존 및 프리라디칼 생성장치 및 이를 이용한 미생물 제거 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 오존 및 프리라디칼 생성장치에 있어서, 절연 재질로 형성되는 평판 형상의 몸체와； 몸체의 한쪽면에 금속물질과 광촉매물질이 혼합된 혼합물이 코팅된 제1 코팅부와； 몸체의 다른쪽면에 금속물질과 광촉매물질이 혼합된 혼합물이 코팅된 제2 코팅부； 를 포함하여 이루어지되, 전원이 제1 코팅부 및 제2 코팅부에 공급됨에 따라 발생하는 저항을 이용해 오존과 프리라디칼을 생성하여 공기에 포함된 미생물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 및 프리라디칼 생성장치를 제공한다.
