The present invention relates to toenail clippers with an LED which can accurately identify the blood vessels located in the claws of the companion animal through the LED irradiating light in the direction of a cutting blade to cut the toenails except the blood vessels, and smoothly trims a sharp nail surface immediately after cutting by rotating an abrasive trimming part provided on one side of a handle.
