The purpose of the present invention is to provide a paper cup inner surface inspection and sterilization device. A defective state is inspected with respect to whether a produced paper cup has a foreign substance on the inner side thereof, whether the paper cup is shaped correctly, or whether there is a leaking part in accordance with an adhesion state, and simultaneously the inner side of the paper cup is sterilized through a sterilization means. Thus, a hygienic paper cup can be produced.
