The present invention prepares a fermentation emulsifier that can form reverse micelles using microorganisms, wherein effective bioactive substances are collected in the fermentation emulsifier and the reverse micelles are used to effectively infiltrate and absorb the substances while the lipid layer of the skin is fused with hydrophobic materials which are the fermentation emulsifiers. Also, the present invention can provide a dermatological composition, which can reduce skin cell toxicity and improve shelf life by improving the application in formulations such as emulsion stability, oxidative stability, is used as a bio-surfactant, thereby being environmentally friendly and human friendly. In addition, the present invention can improve the skin penetration and absorption of active ingredients to improve the dermatological functions such as moisturizing, wrinkle reduction, skin aging, anti-inflammatory activities, etc.본 발명은 미생물을 이용하여 역미셀을 형성시킬 수 있는 발효유화제를 제조함으로써, 유효한 생리활성물질을 발효유화제에 포집시켜 역미셀을 이용하여 피부의 지질층이 발효유화제인 소수성물질과 융합하면서 효과적으로 물질을 침투 및 흡수 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 유화 안정성, 산화 안정성 등의 제형내 적용을 향상시킴으로써 피부세포 독성을 감소시킬 수 있고, 보관성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 생물 계면활성제(bio-surfactant)로 활용하여 친환경적이고, 인체친화적인 피부학적 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 유효성분의 피부 침투 및 흡수를 향상시켜 보습력, 주름개선, 피부노화, 항염 등의 피부학적 기능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
