PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep onset determination method, a sleep onset determination device and a sleep onset determination program capable of suppressing misjudgement of sleep onset.SOLUTION: In a sleep onset determination method, based on biological information indicating a beating which induces a blood flow of a subject, a beating rate of the subject and a movement average value of the beating rate are identified. A period in which the differential value obtained when a current beating rate is subtracted from the movement average value of the beating rate is a negative value, or a period in which the differential value obtained when the movement average value of the beating rate is subtracted from the current beating rate is a positive value, is a first period, and a period in which the differential value obtained when the current beating rate is subtracted from the movement average value of the beating rate is a positive value or a period in which the differential value obtained when the movement average value of the beating rate is subtracted from the current beating rate is a negative value, is a second period, then, when a determination condition is satisfied in any second period after it is detected that a length of the first period is equal to or more than a prescribed time, it is determined that the subject fell asleep in the second period in which the determination condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】入眠の誤判定を抑制可能な入眠判定方法、入眠判定装置及び入眠判定プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】入眠判定方法では、被験者の血流を引き起こす拍動を表す生体情報に基づいて、被験者の拍動数と、拍動数の移動平均値とを特定する。拍動数の移動平均値から現在の拍動数を減算した場合に得られる差分値が負となる期間又は現在の拍動数から拍動数の移動平均値を減算した場合に得られる差分値が正となる期間を第1期間とし、拍動数の移動平均値から現在の拍動数を減算した場合に得られる差分値が正となる期間又は現在の拍動数から拍動数の移動平均値を減算した場合に得られる差分値が負となる期間を第2期間としたとき、第1期間の長さが所定時間以上であることが検出された後のいずれかの第2期間において判定条件を充足する場合、判定条件を充足した第2期間で前記被験者が入眠したと判定する。【選択図】図3
