An orthodontic apparatus for the treatment of Class II and III malocclusions that applies vector forces to the dental arches. The apparatus is anchored in operational contact by a pair of sheaths that are form fit over some or all of the teeth in the upper and lower dental arches. The apparatus can be removed by the user and can be incorporated into both full and partial Class I malocclusion aligners. Most importantly, the apparatus does not require the use of braces affixed to the teeth and it has an adjustable pressure range of pushing force.
