The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing benfotiamineand one or more pharmaceutically active agents selected from the group consistingof analgesic acting substances, especially pharmaceutical compositions containingbenfotiamine and one or more pharmaceutically active agents selected from thegroup consisting of gabapentin, pregabalin, XP13512, carbamacepin, amitryptilin,ketorolac, diclofenac, ibuprofen, flurpirtin, paracetamol and dexamethasone,the process for their preparation and their use for the treatment and preventionof conditions and diseases selected from the group consisting of pain conditionsof neuropathic origin.
