PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet capable of controlling elasticity to a high degree.SOLUTION: A stretchable sheet 1 comprises: a base layer 2 composed of a woven fabric or a knitted fabric and an oriented layer 3 that is laminated on the base layer 2 and is composed of a nonwoven fabric in which slits 4 are formed.
