AN ACTIVE-POWDER BIOCIDAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE COPPER SALT AND AT LEAST ONE ZINC SALT, A BIOCIDAL COMPOSTION USING TEHREOF AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
The present invention relates to: an active powder sterilization composition which includes at least one copper salt and zinc salt, has a mole ratio of 1-10 between the cooper salt and the zinc salt, and has a solubility product constant (Ksp) of 1 ×； 10-20 to 9 ×； 10-6； a sterilization agent composition produced by including the active powder sterilization composition and a polymer； and a method for producing the sterilization agent composition. The active powder sterilization composition in accordance with the purpose can be used by mixing the copper salt and the zinc salt according to solubility values so that a sterilization effect can be maximized. The combination of the copper salt and the zinc slat can be changed as needed by classifying the copper salt and the zinc salt into three types according to the solubility values and appropriately combining the same. In addition, the active powder sterilization composition can be used for almost all products by appropriately adjusting the combination of the active powder sterilization composition according to the purpose without limits on an object for application. Moreover, a sterilization effect is enhanced as the release of the active powder sterilization composition is controlled according to conditions of the concentration and the speed of the sterilization agent with respect to a certain application.본 발명은 최소한 하나의 구리염과 아연염을 포함하고, 구리염과 아연염 사이의 몰 비율이 10에서 1의 범위이고, 각각의 용해도곱상수(Ksp)가 1×10-20 이상이고, 9×10-6 이하인 활성 분말 살균 조성물, 이러한 활성 분말 살균 조성과 폴리머를 포함하여 제조되는 살균제 조성물 및 이러한 살균제 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 용해도 값에 따라, 구리염과 아연염을 적절히 조합하여 용도에 맞는 활성 분말 살균 조성물을 사용할 수 있어 살균 효과를 최대로 할 수 있고, 구리염과 아연염을 용해도 값에 따라 3가지 종류로 분류하여 이들을 적절히 조합하여 필요에 따라 이들의 조성을 변경할 수 있고, 또한, 본 발명의 활성 분말 살균 조성물은 적용 대상이 한정되지 않고, 거의 대부분의 제품에 용도에 따라 적절히 조성을 조절하여 사용할 수 있고, 또한, 특정한 어플리케이션 대한 살균제의 농도 및 속도의 조건에 따른 방출이 조절되어 살균효과가 향상된다라는 장점이 있다.
