PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic therapeutic machine which can prevent blockage inside an air hose caused when moving this therapeutic part as much as possible even if a loose part is provided on the air hose for a therapeutic part to move in the pneumatic therapeutic machine which places an expanding and contracting bag which expands and contracts through the air hose by an air supply and exhaust device in the therapeutic part.SOLUTION: A therapeutic machine 1a consists of a seat part 11a and a footrest part 13a. The footrest part 13a constitutes a therapeutic part which moves from a footrest rear part frame 51a of the therapeutic part and a footrest front part frame 52a of the therapeutic part which is prepared movably on this footrest rear part frame 51a. A relay air hose part 42a with a loose part 422a is provided between the footrest rear part frame 51a and the footrest front part frame 52a.
