By providing two torsion springs (32, 34) and two pins (31, 33), the first handle (1) and the second handle (2) can be rotatably connected and can be recovered； moreover, the two handles (1, 2) rotate around the same rotation center, and the rotation center remains unchanged in both a failed state and a triggered state, making the structure more stable, improving the usage experience of an operator.
