The present invention relates to an integrated disposable clip treatment device for an endoscope which integrally forms a clip assembly on a wire and is used once hygienically as a device for treating a clip used to be applied to an endoscope and to clip and suture a biological tissue. An integrated disposable clip treatment (1) for an endoscope of the present invention is a clip treatment device for an endoscope comprising: an insertion pipe (10), a wire (20), an operation unit (30), a clip (40), a connection member (50), and a pressure pipe (60). A clip assembly (2) of the clip (40), the connection member (50), and the pressure pipe (60) is provided to an operator by being embedded into a leading end of the insertion pipe (10). The leading end of the wire (20) is combined to the other end of the connection member (50) to be not necessary to separate. The insertion pipe (10) has an internal diameter of the same size so the clip assembly (2) can be freely moved back and forth and inserted.
