PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens which can precisely and sufficiently exert focusing ability.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens 1 comprises a lens capsule tension device 10, and an elastically deforming optical part 20. The lens capsule tension device 10 comprises: a forward support part 11 which is disposed in contact with the inner face of an anterior capsule an aft support part 12 which is disposed on the rear side of the forward support part 11 in contact with the inner face of a posterior capsule while facing the forward support part 11 and a coupling part 13 which couples the forward support part 11 and the aft support part 12 in a state of having a bias force in a direction of separating the forward support part 11 and the aft support part 12. By the biasing force of the coupling part 13, the forward support part 11 presses the inner face of the anterior capsule, and the aft support part 12 presses the inner face of the posterior capsule.
