An electronic frame system according to the present invention comprises: an electronic frame including a camera, a speaker, a display unit, a control unit, and a communication unit； and a wearable device, which may be worn on a body of a user, which may measure and store information on pulse and temperature of a user, and which may wirelessly transmit the stored data. When a human is sensed from an image of the camera, the control unit is controlled so that the information on the pulse and temperature of the user is received by communication linkage with the wearable device through the communication unit, an image suitable for the user is outputted to the display unit based on the information on the pulse and temperature, and sound suitable for sound is outputted to the speaker.본 발명에 의한 전자 액자 시스템은, 카메라, 스피커, 디스플레이부, 제어부, 통신부를 포함하는 전자 액자； 사용자의 신체에 착용할 수 있고, 사용자의 맥박과 체온을 측정하여 저장하고, 그 저장된 데이터를 무선으로 전송할 수 있는 웨어러블 기기；를 포함하고, 상기 카메라의 촬영 영상으로부터 사람을 감지하면, 통신부를 통해 상기 웨어러블 기기와 통신 연결을 하여 사용자의 맥박 정보, 체온 정보를 수신하고, 그 맥박 정보와 체온 정보에 근거하여 디스플레이부로는 사용자에게 적합한 이미지가 출력되고 스피커로는 사용자에게 적합한 소리가 출력되도록 상기 제어부가 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
