The present invention pertains to an IPL (intense pulsed light) machine of high efficiency and the object of the invention is to provide an IPL machine of high efficiency, wherein the size of the machine may be decreased while increasing process yield, product costs may be reduced, and the problems cause by damages to a reflection layer due to a flash lamp light may be prevented. The IPL machine of high efficiency according to the present invention includes: at least one or more flash lamps, which are formed in the shape of straight pipes and disposed at an interval in parallel to each other and a trigger plate, which is provided in the longitudinal direction of the flash lamps and has at least one or more curved sections and a pair of wall elements. The curved sections are formed of arc-shaped plate members so that the flash lamps may be disposed on the inside surfaces of the curved sections. The respective curved sections are connected to each other via a corner section in the longitudinal direction thereof. The wall element at one side is formed of a plate member, which is extended upwards from the leftmost corner portion of a leftmost curved portion and the wall element at the other side is formed of a plate member, which is extended upwards from the rightmost corner portion of a rightmost curved portion. In addition, an interval formed by the pair of wall elements is at least the same or gradually becomes wider from the curved sections in a vertically upward direction.
