The present invention addresses the problem of providing a compression-molded preparation that has excellent disintegration properties and can be easily manufactured despite the use of granules coated with a polymer coating film, said polymer coating film having effects of masking an unpleasant taste, etc. The compression-molded preparation, by which the problem is solved, is characterized by comprising granules obtained by coating a polymer-coated, granulated substance, wherein a granulated substance containing a drug is coated with a polymer coating film, with one or more kinds of additives selected from the group consisting of a metal stearate, stearic acid, a sucrose fatty acid ester, talc and silicic acid.
