A combination animal harness and attachable garment is provided and comprises a harness, a first set of one or more fasteners affixed to the harness, a cape or other garment, and a second set of one or more fasteners affixed to cape, such that, when the cape is placed atop the harness, the garment is releasably attached to the garment by engaging the first set of fasteners with the second set of fasteners. An attachable headwear and collar, and combination collar, headwear, harness, and body wear are also provided.
