The invention relates to medical facilities and describes improvements for arranging and fastening stretchers inside a transport vehicle. The invention is aimed at designing an ambulance vehicle providing more simple design of securing upright assembly units to ceiling and floor and more simple and universal method therefor, and also providing more comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff during transport. The ambulance vehicle (fig. 3) comprises a body with a stretcher carrier receiving bed therein mounted on brackets of supports adapted to move along the floor and moving out slanted behind the body, wherein receptacles 5 are made in the body floor 1 and ceiling 2 adapted to fasten therein the ends of the rod assembly units 7 with fixing screws, wherein a bracket 23 is mounted on the upright (9) assembly units adapted for arranging and fixing stretcher handles 24 in its annular seats, the bracket is characterized in that comprises at least one shock absorber 12 fixed on the upright (9) assembly units and connected to the bracket by means of removable pins 22, wherein elastic elements 5 are arranged in the annular seats. The upright assembly units are premounted and fixed by screw connection in selected receptacles of ceiling and floor after which are unscrewed and fixed horizontally brackets of the upright assembly units at the required height. The stretcher handles 24 are positioned in the annular seats of the brackets of the upright assembly units. During transport vertical and longitudinal loads are absorbed effected a patient via a stretcher transmitted by the upright assembly units using pre mounted adjustable spring elements in the annular seats and elastic elements positioned in the receptacles of ceiling and floor of the transport vehicle body.Изобретение относится к области медицины и касается устройств для размещения и крепления санитарных носилок внутри транспортных средств.
