PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation and a cosmetic formulation capable of minimizing side effect such as organoleptic, in a jasmonate family compound used for treatment for caner, treatment for viral, bacterial or fungous disease, and cosmetic.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation and a cosmetic formulation comprise: an active ingredient selected from the group consisting of methyl jasmonate, jasmonate acid, cucurbic acid, 6-epi-cucurbic acid, 6-epi-cucurbic acid lactone, 12-hydroxyjasmonic acid, 12-hydroxyjasmonic acid lactone, tuberonic acid, tuberonic-O-&bgr；-glucopyranosidic acid and cucurbic-O-&bgr；-glucopyranosidic acid； and a nanocarrier or a microcarrier. The active ingredient is encapsulated in the nanocarrier or the microcarrier, is present inside the nanocarrier or the microcarrier, is bound to the nanocarrier or the microcarrier, is complexed with the nanocarrier or the microcarrier, and/or is held on the nanocarrier or the microcarrier.
