To provide a puncture aid which allows a hand to be kept in a position ready for puncturing when dTRI (distal Trans Radial Intervention) is performed.SOLUTION: A puncture aid 100 includes: a grip part 10 holdable by either hand H of a patient； and a wall part 20 disposed outward of the grip part for allowing a puncture site of the hand to be exposed and for preventing the fingers of the hand from being extended.
