There is provided a method for preparing docetaxel that is a taxane derivative, and more specifically, a method for preparing docetaxel in which since the docetaxel having high purity can be prepared at a high yield through a simple production method including preparing an intermediate having a specific structure of a steric configuration that is the same type as the docetaxel that is a final product from a taxane compound having a specific structure and then semi-synthesizing the docetaxel using them, the method is very suitable for industrial manufacturing.La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation de docétaxel qui est un dérivé de taxane, et plus spécifiquement à un procédé de préparation de docétaxel dans lequel, étant donné que le docétaxel ayant une pureté élevée peut être préparé à un rendement élevé par le biais dun procédé de production simple production consistant à préparer un intermédiaire ayant une structure spécifique dune configuration stérique qui est le même type que le docétaxel qui est un produit fini issu dun composé de taxane ayant une structure spécifique puis à semi-synthétiser le docétaxel en les utilisant, le procédé est très approprié à la fabrication industrielle.
