To maintain the embellishment expressed ON the cosmetic surface over a long period of time even if a lamination type multicolored cosmetic is continuously used.
SOLUTION: A lower compacted layer 3 and an upper compacted layer 4 are laminated within a cosmetic plate 2. The lower compacted layer 3 is constituted of a compacted cosmetic having at least one color. The upper compacted layer 4 is partially laminated ON the lower compacted layer 3 within the cosmetic plate 2 and is constituted of a compacted cosmetic having a color different from the color of the lower compacted layer 3. Depressed portions 5b where the upper compacted layer 4 is not laminated has a depth reaching the lower compacted layer 3 from the cosmetic surface.
