The present invention relates to a closed loop type clip apparatus for stopping bleeding with a pair of built-in inner forceps, which temporarily stops bleeding on a first bleeding part with use of a holding type forceps after checking the bleeding part and then enables a clip holding part and a clip pressurizing part to move and surround the bleeding part, comprising an integrated tool in which the holding type forceps and a clip used for stopping bleeding to enable the clip pressurizing part to move and to stop the bleeding by clipping the bleeding part with use of the closed loop type clip. In the present invention, stopping the bleeding on the bleeding part temporarily reduces amounts of bleeding, and the clip used for stopping bleeding accurately clips the bleeding part, thereby stopping the bleeding quickly.
